200hr Extended Power Vinyasa Certification

This training is designed with Yoga to the People’s student base in mind; full time students, parents, or those with careers who are unable to commit their weekdays to a fuller exploration of a yoga practice. Over the course of ten weekends you will be introduced to the basic guiding principles of yoga history, philosophy and practicum, while learning the technical aspects of yoga anatomy, asanas and sequencing.
