Rose Erin Vaughan  Rose Erin Vaughan, MSAc, is an experienced Classical Yoga Teacher and Acupuncturist specializing in Myofascial Trigger Point and the Science of Meridians.  She is author of 2 books - Science of Self: Yoga, Organs, Pathways and Emotions and Science of Points and Pathways. For over 15 years, she has worked in a variety of settings including integrative medicine, sports medicine, aesthetics, classical Yoga, and devotional chanting.  She came to NYC over a decade ago to study with Chant Master Bhagavan Das and has also studied thousands of hours with Master Yogi Dharma Mittra and other renowned healers.  Originally earning a BS in Cell Biology from Wake Forest U, she combines her knowledge of science with her devotion to yoga, embodied anatomy, and herbal medicine.

Alena has been studying yoga asana and philosophy for 10 years. Over the last six years, she has managed multiple Yoga to the People studios and is now Director of YttP East Coast Operations. With over 2000 hours of teaching experience, she has facilitated over 12 teacher trainings including the Vinyasa and Traditional Hot practices.

 Katite Gumucio  Yoga College of India with some of the finest Hot yoga teachers Stephanie Schreiber, Mary Jarvis and David Houck.
